Located just a mile north of Helsingborg’s city centre, the guest house has bed and breakfast services. Large, individually decorated living rooms, with open fire places, as well as terraces overlooking the beach and gardens are available for you to relax in at the end of a long day's sightseeing.

To help you unwind, spa treatments and massages are available in the guest house, as well as vouchers to leading restaurants.

Other activities include horseback riding along the sea, wine-tastings, excursions and golf at any of the various local courses. Transport can be arranged.

During the winter why not try a sauna, which offers panoramic views and, if you dare, follow that up with a dip in the icy water!

Sundets Pärla Guest House is situated on the gold coast of Southern Sweden. Just outside our garden you can bathe in the sea or pony trek, jog or simply sight see along the long separate paths of a large nature reserve.

Half a mile walk south along the beach you will find the Marina, passing lots of nice bars and restaurants on your walk, or head north half a mile to the Royal Summer Castle and Gardens.

Ferries to Denmark leaves 3 times an hour and the crossing takes only 20 minutes.

The area is renowned for pottery, crafts and many concerts of various kinds as well as gastronomy. There is deep sea fishing from the quay with waters 40 yards deep. There are 5 golf courses in the city area.

A comfortable bed 160 x 200 and possibility for one roll-away spare bed at the surcharge SEK 200. There is a connecting door to the twin shared bathroom room. If both rooms are booked this forms a suite with one toilet and one shower cabin in common.
Garden Suite (2+0)

This apartment has private entrance from the garden, a corridor for shoes and luggage, a large kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. Bedroom has very comfortable beds. Suite contains 5 large windows facing to the nature reserve Pålsjö Forest. You will also have a sitting garden with private sea view and access to the dining areas of the Guest House.
Sea view Suite Luxe (2+0)

This 35 m² suite has a large private sun terrace, garden furniture, panoramic sea view and a queen size bed (160x200). Comfort is guaranteed with large seating area and an open fireplace. You will also have access to the dining areas of the Guest House. Multi massage shower cabin will be shared with the Seaview Suite.
Superior Double B&B (2+0)

This spacious room has a large terrace and enjoys stunning sea views overlooking the lights of Denmark. There is a King size bed (180 x 200) but twin beds are available at a surcharge of SEK 100. Book 2 nights and receive a complimentary 30 minute anti stress massage, only available from September to April. Toilet and shower cabin is shared with one other room. There is a connecting door to the double queen-size room. If you book both rooms then this forms a suite with one toilet and shower cabin in common.
Twin bed Dux Room (2+0)

This room locates in second floor overlooking the Pålsjö Forest. Here you will have two separate single Dux beds, free use of a computer with broadband and a small balcony that looks out to the sun rise! Large dressing room can be used for storing your luggage.
Twin Private Bath B&B (2+0)

Second floor room overlooking the Pålsjö Forest that includes twin Dux beds, free use of a computer with broadband and a small balcony that looks out onto the sun rise! 1 or 2 extra beds may be placed in the large dressing room with a window at a surcharge of SEK 250 (one) or 400 (two). Book 2 nights and receive a complimentary 30 minute anti stress massage, only available from September to April.
Twin Shared Bath B&B (2+0)

The twin rooms have recently been equipped with wonderful Hästens and Jensen mattresses (environmentally-friendly and free from hazardous materials). One roll-away extra bed is available at a surcharge of SEK 200. The room has 3 garden-facing windows overlooking the Pålsjö beach forest nature reserve. This room has a connecting door to the double queen-size 160 room. If you book both rooms then this forms a suite with one toilet and shower cabin in common.
Family Bed & Breakfast 3 People (3+0)

This room has a double bed or twin bed for adults and one spare (roll-away) extra bed for a child. The price shown is per room. The connecting door to the adjacent room makes it possible to book for a larger family.
Family Bed & Breakfast 4 People (4+0)

This room has a double bed or twin beds for 2 adults and 2 spare (roll-away) extra beds for the children. The price shown is per room. The connecting door to the adjacent room makes it possible to book for a larger family.
Family Bed & Breakfast En Suite for 4 People (4+0)

This room has twin beds for adults and in a separate small room with a connecting door there are 2 extra (rollaway) beds for the children. The price shown is per room. There is a small balcony facing the nature reserve Pålsjö Skog, private bathroom and computer with free broadband.
Sea view Suite 2-4 persons (4+0)

This spacious suite has two bedrooms. First of them includes a large private sun terrace with garden furniture, panoramic sea view and a king size bed. You will also have a seating area and working area. The smaller bedroom has lots of shelves, cupboards and 140x200 queen size bed . You will also have access to the dining areas of the Guest House. Your multi massage shower cabin will be shared with the Sea view Suite Luxe.
Suite B&B 4-6 persons (6+0)

This room consists of two connecting rooms, 1 room with a comfortable queen size bed and 1 room with comfortable twin beds. The suite uses one toilet and one shower cabin. 1 or 2 roll away beds available on request for additional 200 SEK each. Please note that the price booked is valid for a maximum of 4 persons. Ocean view with sun terrace available on request for additional 200 SEK.

Euro/Mastercard Visa

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children or adults are charged SEK 200.00 per night and person for extra beds.
One child from 0 to 12 years is charged SEK 100.00 per night when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
